Are you passionate about delivering care and making a difference in people's lives? Cleeve Court is actively seeking dedicated Night Support Workers to join our growing team. We are a Community Resource Centre in Twerton, Bath, striving to become a dementia home of excellence.
What We Offer:
* Flexible contracts: 22 or 33 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Support Worker, you will:
* Assist residents with personal care, including washing, hygiene, and dressing
* Promote residents' independence, dignity, and choice by delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Keep accurate and timely care documentation
* Support residents in accessing external healthcare services, including third-party and NHS services
* Collaborate with a dynamic team and use your initiative to provide outstanding care
* Encourage positive lifestyle choices, helping residents live their best possible lives
