As a Business Development Administrator, you'll utilize software to generate new leads, maintain databases, and book market appraisal appointments. You’ll play a crucial role in the client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and that clients are fully informed about the next steps in their journey.

What we’re looking for:
* Highly organized with strong data management and administrative skills

* A methodical approach to handling data and maintaining accurate records
* A problem-solver with the ability to spot opportunities for improvement

What you’ll do:
* Maintain and organize client databases and sales records
* Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting of leads and sales metrics
* Book market appraisals and client meetings for Business Development Consultants
* Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly, including document preparation and filing
* Send out letters, mailers, and other client communications
* Identify new online opportunities and report key insights to the team.
Salary: £26k + commission
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm
From 1st August to 30th September Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am -4:00pm.
