Hours: 45 per week
Working Pattern: Monday- Friday, start/finish time may vary dependant on work requirements and customers on the day.

Role
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to work in the Scottish Region. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure that preventative maintenance and diagnosis of defects are carried out in a timely manner, in accordance with Customers' legal obligations & Fraikin Ltd Company policies and procedures. These activities will take place at customer premises to minimize customer downtime on vehicles.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out Preventative Maintenance on Light and LGV vehicles in accordance with Customer & Company policies, DVSA standards, in a timely manner to fulfil contractual requirements.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles and related ancillary equipment in compliance with Company and legislative requirements.
* Ensure that the customer receives exceptional service throughout all interactions.
* Act as the liaison point between our customers and central operations when required to support the timely resolution of customer queries.
* Represent the company on our customers’ locations and behave with utmost integrity during all interactions.
* Ensure that you work in line with company policies relating to activities being carried out at all times.
* Understand the company’s quality policies and ensure they are used in all situations.
* Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner to ensure the effective recharging process for the business.
* Adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety, and hygiene.
* Participate in cross/multi-skilled training within your department or other departments as deemed appropriate by your Manager.
* Carry out any reasonable instruction as directed by a Manager [or Director].
* Deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
* Maintain a high level of dress and appearance at all times adhering to PPE where the role requires this.
* Attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to all company regulations.
* From time to time, you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years workshop experience.
* Level 3/ City and Guilds or NVQ Qualified.
* Technician Diagnosis System Experience.
* Current driving license.
* Good organisation and time management skills.
* Customer focused.
* Able to work without close supervision.
