Operations Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations
Maintain records of all activities, including financial records and customer data
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the managing delivery schedules
Provide support to the operations manager as needed
Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in operations management or a related field

Understanding of financial and accounting principles
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
