As a Team Leader, you and your team will be the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all customers. You will provide leadership and support to the team while ensuring a superior standard of service and a safe, clean environment for everyone.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
* Food Handling and Stock Control
* Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
* Cleaning
* Increasing Sales
* Maintaining Standards
* Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
* Addressing and Resolving Complaints
* Induction and Training of Team Members
* Coaching Team Members
* Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
