Job Title:People Business Partner

Job Purpose
The People Partner is an important role within the People Team. This role ensures the organisation delivers outstanding People services throughout the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning and more.
A key responsibility is the ongoing review and optimisation of the organisational structure to ensure teams are appropriately sized and aligned with business objectives. This role also has a responsibility for ensuring HR operations enhance organisational performance, are driven by precise, high-quality data, and are executed with exceptional commercial insight.
Change management experience is crucial as this role will play a key role in guiding the organisation through continuous transformation and growth. As business priorities evolve, the ability to effectively manage change ensures that People initiatives are aligned with these shifts, minimising disruption and maximising employee engagement and productivity. With strong change management skills, the People Partner can anticipate and address potential resistance, communicate the benefits of change clearly, and implement strategies that foster a culture of adaptability. This expertise is vital for driving successful organisational change, ensuring that transitions are smooth, sustainable, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
What do we expect of you?
* A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a people partnering position.
* Exceptional expertise in employee relations, grounded in strong commercial acumen and pragmatic decision-making.
* Proven experience in full-cycle HR service delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in People metrics, data integrity, and reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to implement global HR initiatives at a high level of service.
* Strong knowledge of organisational design principles, employment law, and HR best practices.
* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
