1. Managing the inbox and taking ownership of responding to enquiries and action requests promptly.
2. Renewing client licences before they expire to ensure continuity of service.
3. Coordinating quotes from suppliers to support the organisation's needs.
4. Processing customer orders and forwarding them to suppliers efficiently.
5. Handling invoices and entering them onto the purchase ledger with precision.
6. Managing company expenses, ensuring they are uploaded to the purchase ledger for approval.
7. Responding to inbound calls from customers and suppliers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
8. Ordering office supplies to keep the workspace well-stocked and organised.
9. Preparing meeting rooms for clients to create welcoming environments.
10. Keeping client records up to date on internal systems for accurate tracking.
11. Handling reactive ad-hoc tasks that require flexibility and creativity.
