As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students reach their potential by providing support in the classroom, assisting teachers with lesson delivery, and working closely with pupils who need extra guidance. Job Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need additional help.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Support students with their learning, both academically and socially.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
* Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
* Encourage student participation and engagement during lessons.
Essential Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children within an educational setting is preferred.
* A passion for education and supporting students in their learning journey.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with students of different abilities.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
