KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Front of House Receptionist is the face of Bremont, welcoming every visitor and employee through the door. Working alongside the Lead Front of House Receptionist, this is a very important and varied position where no two days will be the same and does require someone who has previous experience within a similar setting, someone who is able to multitask and someone who can work on initiative when it is busy whilst maintaining a positive environment and encouraging other members of the reception team to provide first class client service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Overseeing the opening and closing of the reception area of our Global HQ, The Wing.
* Leading by example as a visible Brand Ambassador for all visitors and employees.
* Greeting all visitors, booking them in, and assisting their onward experience.
* Working closely with other departments to champion a seamless service.
* Constantly striving to improve our client experience, sharing ideas with the Head of CSAT to develop this important business function.
* Assisting with inboard telephone liaison - connecting relevant calls and taking messages.
* Actioning all inbound and outbound email liaison.
* Responsible for the facilitation of booking of meeting rooms, managing robust processes to ensure that all provisions are in place and prepped for the next meeting.
* Guiding temporary receptionists so that they are aware of their daily responsibilities and to inspire them to want to become full-time/permanent.
* Assist with weekly alarm tests and trusted with Fire Marshall duties.
* Assist in setting up for events, ordering supplies and catering. Attending evening events when required, with time in lieu granted.
* Administrative duties include stationary and perishable refreshment ordering as well as managing the delivery of internal post.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Experience of or desire to work in a luxury and/or hospitality front of house environment is desirable.
* A passion for the delivery of exceptional client service and guest experience.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with a wide range of people.
* A can-do attitude and a positive, flexible outlook.
* Outstanding customer service skills, serving customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
* Exceptional eye for detail and a passion for finesse.
* The ability to work as a team player and on own initiative.

* Probation process 4 months standard
