This role will contribute to Starbucks success by processing complex data from multiple sources to support the Sourcing team and wider business in safeguarding our supply base and keeping it running. You will act as the ‘Engine Room’ for the business through Item & Supplier Setup, supporting and tracking costs in conjunction with the Sourcing Managers, Buyers and Analysts and owning the MPL inputs and reviews, Blanket Purchase Orders and owning Ethical Sourcing intake on behalf of the business and suppliers. You will also be responsible for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to gather data and develop analytical insights in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Creating and maintaining purchase agreements Setting up new suppliers in Starbucks’ systems Managing price lists Collaborating effectively with suppliers and potential suppliers to gather data Assisting in cross-functional projects This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days being based at Starbucks in Chiswick (W4), alongside travel to Bradgate Bakery (LE4) and working from home.
