About the area College Services provides academic administration and technical support to the University’s schools, providing support to Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. Teaching Operations is a department that sits within the Schools Operations team who deliver administrative and academic support services aligned with the University’s strategic objectives, focusing on teaching excellence, continuous improvement and best practices. About the opportunity Deliver high-quality administrative support for the University’s teaching programs & units including student assessment and exams, timetabling and class allocations, LMS administration, and support for programs such as honours/final year projects etc. Collaborate across multiple teams to drive service efficiency, supporting Schools Operations and ensuring an optimal learning environment. Engage in continuous improvement of processes to enhance the University’s teaching support framework. About you Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial administrative experience. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
