Our client, a leading pensions provider that has recently gone through a positive period of change and experienced excellent growth in terms of revenue and product lines, is looking to recruit a DC Product Manager on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be the central liaison within the business, driving the strategy and development of the DC platform whilst working strategically with internal stakeholders to achieve set goals. Further responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining the roadmap
* Work with the front and back office as well as the proposition team to develop a coordinated approach to the development of the DC platform
* Act as the central point for requirement gathering
* Develop and model the governance around product change
Requirements:
* A background in Pensions Administration & Systems with good knowledge of the UK pension industry
* Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and demonstrable exposure to managing system development lifecycle
* Strong DC knowledge (desirable, certainly not a dealbreaker)
* Organising and managing business-critical projects and delivering within agreed timescales
