Key Responsibilities:
9. Provide general support to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students
10. Assist in classroom activities to ensure an engaging learning environment
11. Offer 1:1 and small group support tailored to students' needs
12. Prepare and organize classroom materials and activities
13. Track student progress and assist with behaviour management
14. Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
15. Supervise students during lunch and transitions in and out of school
What We're Looking For:
16. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
17. Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role)
18. Previous experience in educational settings, especially in primary schools
19. Two recent professional references
20. Proven experience working with young people
21. Strong classroom management skills
22. Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
