Job summary Private care Medical day Unit are seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling officer to help maintain the efficient scheduling of treatments in their Medical day Unit at our Chelsea and Cavendish site. This post is vital to the smooth running of the main unit. You will work in a busy environment, providing a supportive role to the clinical teams. The role also includes some movement around different parts of the hospital as well as admin based roles. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and organisational skills. Keyboard/IT skills are essential and hospital experience is desirable. The post is for 37.5 Hours a week Monday to Friday ; with varied shifts between 8.00am - 8.00pm, working at Chelsea / Cavendish site on a rota basis. The post holderwill coordinate all administrative aspects of the Day Care Services including data collection,reception and clerical duties.
