Job summary To provide high quality, professional, and comprehensive administrative support to the Medicines Management and Therapeutics Committee MMTC, and to the Medicines Effectiveness Team. To support the Medicines Effectiveness Team in the day-to-day management of the OUH formulary and unlicensed medicines register. To be able to work flexibly, responding to a range of requests in a timely manner. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the team with a range of reports, data collection and analysis. Main duties of the job To maintain and develop an efficient and effective administrative system for the Medicines Effectiveness Team. To maintain and keep up to date key documents relating to the MMTC, including documents on the Trust website and SharePoint site. To take minutes for MMTC and other relevant medicines management committees as required, then prepare and disseminate minutes as necessary. To assist the Medicines Effectiveness Team in the day to day management of the Oxford University Hospitals formulary, including the unlicensed medicines register and the formulary website. To carry out risk assessments of all unlicensed medicines available within the trust.
