We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day to day activities of the home.
This is a permanent role working 34.5 hours per week
What you'll do
1. Provide daily care to the residents of the home, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.
2. You will work in a team of health care professionals providing individualised care to each resident dependent on their needs.
What you will need
1. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Successful candidates will be caring and passionate about their role and work well in a team towards a common goal.

Picton Court Nursing home in Porthcawl offers high quality care in beautiful surroundings. Providing residential accommodation for older people (male and female) aged 65+. Picton Court comprises of 76 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The home is registered to offer nursing and residential care.
