We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Technician within our Quality team in Perrin & Rowe, Rainham, Essex. In a nutshell you will be responsible for: Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes within Perrin and Rowe, executing process control actions, and suggesting process improvements. Investigating non-conformities and containments and ensuring consistency within the measurement equipment, as well as collaborating closely with the Engineering, What you are already great at: Maintaining clean, safety compliant working environment and ensure: Raising and tracking processes of Quality Alerts and when needed CAPA Identifying non-conformities, investigating root cause of the issues and, when possible, immediate problem solving and issue containing. Daily Machine shop non-conformities collecting, recording. Operating within Store processes kanban inspection for issue extend, isolation. Ensure compliance with company processes and make suggestions for improvement. For this role we would need you to demonstrate: Understanding, analysing and auditing Machine shop processes 5S standards at workplace The ability to engage with all departments on Quality issues Recording and analysing Quality KPIs Previous experience as a technician in a manufacturing, assembly, or machining environment, with a strong knowledge of production inspection. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for non-conformity analysis.
