In this role, you will kick start your career and develop your skills by being responsible for acquiring new customers as well as handling inquiries, processing agreements, and supporting customers through their journey.
Job Title: Rental Agent - Apprentice
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
What You’ll Be Doing:

2. Turning Leads into Opportunities: Every lead is an opportunity to WOW a customer. You’ll speak to customers and understand their needs, qualifying them for our products and supporting them through our onboarding journey to drive away in their vehicle.
3. Providing VIP Service to Every Customer: Whether helping a new or existing customer to make their experience amazing.
4. Being a Brand Ambassador: You’ll proudly represent our brand and values, creating an exceptional experience for everyone you interact with.

The Rapid PCO Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and behaviors you will need to accelerate your career progression, whilst you earn a competitive salary and gain practical experience.
During the apprenticeship, you will:
* Work with a Training and Development Coach to develop a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs.
* Attend monthly Masterclasses on topics such as problem solving, customer service and delivering results.
* Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have significant experience of being a rentals agent apprentice within the PCO rental market sector.
* Get six hours of study time per week.
* Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars.
* *Fixed term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship with a view to move to a permanent contract once the apprenticeship is completed and passed.
