Key Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. - Experience working with SEMHD pupils or a strong desire to do so. - Resilience, patience, and a calm approach to challenging behaviours. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
