This role is a good mix of administration duties such as order management, complaint resolution and logistics while also exercising your sales abilities in a target driven, account development environment. Here are some of the key responsibilities To assist and facilitate the growth and development of the overseas sales of Crown Paints products and to contribute to the strengthening of the relationship between the company and out overseas customers Responsible for the management and administration of all pricing issues Responsible for liaison and coordination with marketing Managing customer relationships to ensure continue growth Responsible for clear, consistent and regular communication with customers Managing the customer pricing system to ensure clarity, consistency and budgeted profitability Develop appropriate profit focused plans to achieve the agreed sales objectives Deliver targeted sales within the agreed budget Identify and capitalise upon potential new opportunities for additional sales and profit Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through relationship management and effective communication Ensure that all the necessary legal and commercial agreements are in place with all customers Responsible for handling Export complaints, in conjunction with CRM and Technical Services Some international travel will be required Are you ready to achieve your full potential?
