How will you make an impact?
1. Collaborating with other departments, Servicing, Retail, Dispatch and Supply Chain to help resolve issues and improve work practices to achieve effective and optimal performance at all stages of product movement.
2. Process daily stock requests and live orders in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Ensuring the boxes are stowed away neatly, in order and have all the correct paperwork to the associated Watch.
4. Prepare store request orders, ensuring they are collated and ready to be collected by our 3rd party courier service.
5. Prepare orders to be selected for repair, authentication, polishing, casing and for Watches to be transferred to our boutiques and international locations.
6. Collect and process any watches that have been returned. Ensuring they are allocated to the appropriate departments.
7. Responding to queries swiftly and positively to manage a fluctuating workload, prioritising where necessary.
8. Carry out stock-takes on a daily, weekly/bi-weekly basis.
9. Elements of manual handling, when processing inbound and outbound shipments.

10. Exceptional communication skills. You will have the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, within your direct team but also other departments within the business.
11. Good planning and organisation skills.
12. Strong administrative skills with high levels of attention to detail.
13. Intermediate level Excel skills to complete insight and analysis of stock.
14. Good problem-solving skills to fix inventory issues which may cause delays across processing.
15. Understanding of KPIs that achieve success within an online retail organisation.
16. Organised with a true understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy of information.
