1st Line Technical Analyst
Lynx is partnering with a thriving Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Watford to recruit an experienced 1st Line Technical Analyst.
The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of delivering technical support as a 1st Line specialist, typically with 2-3 years of experience. They are now looking to advance their skills and pursue further Microsoft certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers via various communication channels.
* Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
* Analyze incident patterns and trends to inform process improvements.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in IT or a related field.
* Proven experience as a 1st Line Technical Analyst with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
