Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and effective lessons in a range of subjects across different year groups
* Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment

* Following the school’s policies and procedures, ensuring consistency in learning delivery
* Communicating with staff and providing feedback on students’ progress
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience in teaching (primary or secondary)
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and varying school settings
* A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
