We are looking for dedicated and friendly people to join our wonderful staff team at Warren School Lowestoft. We are looking for someone who has experience of organising and managing lunchtimes at school and understands the importance of lunchtimes as an integral part of our school day. Duties include helping learners with their meals and personal care, as well as supporting them in their outdoor learning environments and classrooms. You will: engage pupils in appropriate leisure activities, ensuring that all equipment is used in a safe and appropriate manner support and assist pupils with their personal care and intimate care support pupils with the personal eating and drinking plans, in addition to encouraging pupils to have good eating habits and assist them as required maintain acceptable standards of behaviour, conduct and safety as laid down in the school policies manage playing activities in ways that keep pupils safe ensure that any injury or sickness relating to a pupil is referred for First Aid treatment setup and clear down of the dining areas assist with the serving of all meals ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy as requested ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Qualifications: basic level literacy and numeracy first aid (desirable). Line manager: Senior MDSA.
