Scope of Work:
Kent's are undertaking the Detailed Design, Follow On Engineering, Purchase Order Technical support for a confidential customer, Home Office support for Site Technical Queries and Site Construction and Commissioning support. Specific items to note include:
1. Final (post-award) FEED Endorsement and queries.
2. Detailed Engineering covering the full scope
3. Procurement Engineering (Technical part of requisitions), including Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of major tagged items, including process vessels, tanks, control systems, electrical systems, etc.
4. Major tagged equipment FAT's and Vendor visits, including controls system and electrical systems.
Key Deliverables:
1. Master Control Level 3 Detailed Design Schedule
2. Project Planning and Progress Measurement System
3. Project S-Curves and Resourcing Profiles
4. Look Ahead Reports
5. Critical Path Analysis and Optimisation Reports
6. Early Warning Trend Analysis
