What you will be doing Support Income Stream leaders to drive performance through insight and commercial acumen. Support decision making at all levels with data and insight. Identify and measure key performance indicators for Retail income stream. Carry out budgeting and forecasting exercises along with income stream / cost leads. Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to ensure an efficient and thorough approach is carried out. Work with the Finance Business Partners and the wider finance community to identify and communicate best practice through the business. Provide challenge to business stakeholders, whilst maintaining strong working relationships. Through your insight and commercial analysis, you will identify potential risks and opportunities, for stakeholders to implement mitigating or maximising actions. Some of the skills and experience we are looking for: Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to high quality and excellent customer service. Flexible and the ability to work in pressurised situations and deliver a quality product to agreed timescales. Experience in process improvements – timeliness, accuracy and efficiency. Strong planning, time management and organisational skills.
