Our client based in Farnham, are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist their fantastic Sales Support team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing support to members of the Sales team
2. Liaising with the depot workshops, parts departments and 3rd party suppliers
3. Monitoring machine costs and margins
4. Receiving and processing new / used machine sales orders
5. Raising purchase orders and DTS requests
6. Management of Warranty contracts
7. Coordinate internal stock audits
Personal Attributes
1. Good level of numeracy
2. Strong team player
3. Previous experience within a sales support role
4. Strong administration and organisational skills
5. Brilliant written communication
6. Excellent attention to detail
7. Has a 'problem-solving' mindset
8. Personable, presentable and articulate
9. Strong IT Excel skills
10. Ideally needs a minimum intermediate level of qualification in Excel
11. Comfortable manipulating data and using formulas e.g PIVOT Tables and XLOOKUP.
