An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Physiotherapist to join our Hip Fracture Early Supported Discharge Team consisting of Orthopaedic Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistants, and Nurses, providing rehabilitation to patients in their own homes.

You will have support to develop your skills in service review, recruitment, audit, and people management while delivering care to a complex clinical caseload and influencing service redesign.
We are looking for an innovative individual who has exceptional communication and leadership skills. Successful candidates must have a relevant clinical background, the ability to integrate well into a multidisciplinary working environment, be a car driver, and be able to participate in 7-day and twilight working.
Main duties of the job
To provide specialist assessment, treatment, and advice to patients within your area of specialty, facilitating and maximising patient potential within the service boundaries.

Person Specification
Education/ Qualifications
* Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
* H.C.P.C. Registration as a Physiotherapist
* CSP Membership
* Evidence of completion of Trust statutory training
Skills/ Abilities
* Evidence of ability to organise, prioritise and delegate
Experience/ Knowledge
* To have extensive clinical experience in the relevant field at a senior level
* To have extensive broad clinical experience
* Training of Physiotherapy students on placements

Salary: £51,883 to £58,544 a year per annum inclusive
