Data Entry Administrator £23,400 per annum Blackpool (FY4 just off the motorway) 37.5 hours per week 8.30 – 5pm – 1 hour lunch break 3 Month Fixed Term Contract We are looking for an Onboarding Administrator to join our client services team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will be supporting a highly successful financial services company based in Blackpool. This global business, with multiple offices across the UK and Europe, has been established for over 60 years. In this role, you will provide onboarding services, review, and set up new client accounts on our internal system. We need someone with keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee and review new client accounts, ensuring all required documentation is obtained. Address queries from internal & external personnel. Input client data into the Avaloq system accurately for tax reporting purposes. Send confirmation of account opening to various parties. Run exception reports to identify and rectify gaps or errors in data. Manage projects related to client data. Ensure compliance with FATCA/Common Reporting Standards and maintain up-to-date documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Attention to detail and methodical approach.
