We specialise in the repair and overhaul of light aircraft engines. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office in Henfield, West Sussex. The successful candidate MUST be experienced in accounts and a confident user of SAGE 50 software. They will be responsible for Sales and Purchase Ledgers and bank accounts (GBP, USD EUROS) This is an interesting and varied role for an experienced Accounts person. Training will be given on internal processes. Small and friendly office. Are you the right person for the job? Update bank accounts daily Provide daily cash flow updates to senior management Raising sales invoices and customer statements Processing Supplier invoices and Payments Entering credit card bills and expenses Dealing with all the emails to accounts department Reconcile workshop timesheets and absence forms Provide stock take forms to stores and make adjustments as needed Collate and file import and export documentation What can you expect in return?
