THE ROLE As a BI Manager, you will work at the intersection of compliance and data, leading efforts to produce actionable insights and reports that ensure adherence to regulatory standards. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess compliance impacts, generate high-quality visualizations, and present your findings to key stakeholders. This role will see you drive decision-making processes through data while fostering a strong culture of compliance within the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports related to compliance requirements. Collaborate with other teams to assess the impact of compliance changes and provide actionable insights. Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract and analyze data from multiple sources. Create impactful visualizations (preferably using Power BI) to present insights clearly and effectively. Engage with stakeholders across the business to communicate findings and influence compliance strategies. Optionally leverage Python to enhance analytics capabilities and drive advanced insights. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SQL Expertise: Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Visualization Proficiency: Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools) to create compelling dashboards and reports. Banking/Financial Experience: Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable. Python Skills: While not essential, experience with Python is a plus for developing more advanced analytics solutions. BENEFITS Competitive salary of £65,000-£75,000.
