Collections Customer Service Advisor
Are you interested in joining us here at Loop as a Customer Service Advisor in our Collections Department? Starting salary of £24,000, excellent progression scheme and some great benefits!
We are based on the border of Leeds and Bradford, in Thornbury near Pudsey (with great transport links and free parking).

What you will do:
As a Collections Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from customers across the Yorkshire region. The service we deliver has a strong focus on providing a professional, high quality of service. This is driven by targets with an emphasis on dealing with customer enquiries quickly and accurately, ensuring we provide a service tailored to the customer. It's a fast-moving and challenging environment, and the level of service we provide is governed by our regulator OFWAT. You will use your skills in influencing and negotiation to agree realistic payment plans and identify the best call resolution for both the customer and Yorkshire Water. You will also review the customer collection process by manually monitoring accounts.

Induction Training:
Please note if you are successful in securing the role, you will need to be available for an induction training programme which is Monday–Friday, 9am until 5pm for a 5-week period from the start date.
