What You’ll Do: Efficient Prescription Processing: Handle patient prescriptions in line with written procedures, ensuring all details are correct and prioritizing cases based on urgency. Manage bounce-back prescriptions and build orders from system data when available. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all prescriptions meet legal and regulatory standards, working with accuracy and efficiency to maintain patient safety. Follow Good Documentation Practices and accurately input prescription details into the system. Build Positive Working Relationships: Collaborate closely with the Screening Pharmacist team, Pharmacy Services, and other departments to resolve queries and streamline processes, contributing to a seamless and efficient workflow. Attention to Detail: You have an exceptional eye for accuracy, ensuring all prescription details are correct to maintain patient safety. Strong Concentration: Ability to focus on tasks for extended periods, ensuring precision in all actions. Team-Oriented: You enjoy working closely with colleagues, helping to resolve issues and supporting new staff with training. Proactive & Organized: You are methodical in your work, able to identify and address errors, and willing to ask questions when unsure.
