Proactively adjust / resolve the issue to help improve the general performance of the lift
Timely completion of all planned maintenance activities each week / month
Zero maintenance related insurance items defects
Working within the field service team responsible to the area team leader and to support colleagues in adjacent areas as required / directed
To establish effective working relations with the site operations team of all clients within your designated service route
from large corporate commercial sites to high wealth individuals’ private homes.
The role is field based and is the most significant client facing position within the business regarding the day-to-day contact with our clients.
Strong and effective service delivery will help ensure we both retain and grow the service portfolio which will support the broader divisional and branch goals.
