We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator and Valuer to join our busy lettings team to support our full branch network across the North East.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and grow their career in lettings and within the Andrew Craig company.
What you will be doing
* Liaising with and building relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Dealing with lettings applicants, conducting viewings and dealing with applications
* Negotiating lets
* Booking and carrying out Lettings Valuations
* Preparing marketing materials for properties
* Handling enquiries via email, telephone and in-person
* Maximise lettings income
* Liaising with property management and sales departments
* Target new business
What you will have
* Previous lettings experience
* A confident, friendly, and professional approach with clients
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Relationship building skills
* Good negotiation, sales, and marketing skills
* The ability to work to targets and the determination to achieve personal and team targets
* Clean driving licence
