Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Blackpool FY3 area, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave, starting as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting early childhood education and making a real difference in the classroom.
Role Highlights:
* Support children across EYFS in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
* Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences
* Assist with the development of children’s personal, social, and academic growth
* Create a nurturing and stimulating environment
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working in an EYFS setting
* Relevant qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning preferred)
* A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
