A rare opportunity has arisen to take a pivotal role in assisting the Food & Beverage Service Operations management at The Green House Hotel and Arbor Restaurant.
The beautiful Boutique Hotel and Restaurant has been a standard bearer of Sustainable Luxury Hospitality since 2010. It has set the standard within Bournemouth and in the wider UK Hotel Industry and continues to champion sustainable luxury to today.
We are now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to work closely with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering service excellence, developing and mentoring a fantastic team, and playing a major role in the development of our Food and Beverage products.
You will:
1. Assist the leadership of the team in service, demonstrating great attention to detail and product knowledge.
2. Create a relaxed, friendly but professional atmosphere, centred around first class guest care.
3. Have a strong understanding of Gross Profit production.
4. Ensure effective and cost-efficient staffing that matches business levels.
5. Be a great communicator.
6. Have at least one year’s experience at a senior level within a quality Restaurant setting.
7. Have experience of Weddings and Events.
