5. Assist in change management processes
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
7. Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes
8. Manage HR related projects as required
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should:
1. Be fluent in French, both written and verbal
2. Have experience in strategic and operational HR roles
3. Possess strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and France
4. Have experience in change management and organisational development
5. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to work independently
Job Offer
£50k - £60k + Car Allowance. The role is based in Plymouth with regular travel to Portsmouth, Poole and France.
