Workplace Coordinator

My client is a global tech firm based in London and the USA. They are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join them on a 12 month contract in their London office Monday-Friday. You will be required to provide hands-on supportive assistance for all of the employees in the assigned office while reporting into the Head of Real Estate and Workplace Services.
What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for overseeing daily operations of the office and answering employee queries
Supervise day-to-day office requirements, including managing office supplies, storage and inventory
Processes of monthly expenses
On-boarding processes for new starters
Events management such as; client entertainment and social/team events
Arrange all meetings, including logistics such as booking conference calls and meeting rooms
Skills required:
Administrative and technical skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking
You take initiative to ask the questions that are necessary to solve an issue
