Business Partner Location: Remote with occasional travel for meetings. Warwickshire, UK. The Role: We are looking for a Business Partner to develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, ensuring alignment with contract requirements. This role involves maximising financial performance and customer relationships for Comensura, meeting and exceeding agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities: Customer Management - Manage effective relationships with customers through regular review meetings, providing advice and guidance on tactical direction, and resolving any issues at both tactical and strategic levels. Business Management - Proactively increase services to our customers to maximise revenue, actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio and to increase the adoption of core services (as an example, payroll and screening & vetting). Business Development - Provide competitor intelligence and data to identify and support new market trends for the Head of Service to help generate business in the London market and elsewhere in the UK. About you: Ability to engage with and support supplier and customers on a wide range of tasks and activities. Good knowledge and understanding of Excel, Word, and other business focused software applications including Power Bi. A combination of strong organisational skills combined with excellent communication skills, orally and in writing. Ability to work on own initiative and to manage projects across a diverse customer base. Proven track record of customer engagement, delivery, and growth. Good at working under pressure. Account management experience and MSP experience.
