Loyalty Analyst Liverpool - Hybrid, 3 days a week in office Up to £50,000 This company is a leading business in the retail industry and is seeking a Loyalty Analyst to join their Customer Data & Analytics team THE ROLE You will be responsible for core customer insights across the business, looking at gathering data, carrying out analysis of the data, and then developing insights to relay back to the wider business. You will look at a variety of different areas of customer data including measuring campaign success, marketing effectiveness, customer retention, CLTV, and basket analysis.
