We serve the South-East London Borough of Lewisham, as part of the Community Health Service for Children, Young People and Families (CCYP) rated at 'Outstanding' in our last CQC inspection. Main duties of the job The successful candidates will be highly motivated, committed to working in partnership, have experience of working with children and young people and their families/carers in school settings, be innovative, adaptable and able to work as part of a team.
