Join our HR Benefits team, which supports Amazon employees across EMEA region countries. The Benefits team provides a multi-language capability to our internal customers, and we are looking for HR Administrators. Reporting into a BXT Team Manager, role holders will provide HR Administration Services related to benefits and support to our employees.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Work on and support key employee life cycle processes such as new joiners, data management, internal transfers, and leavers.
2. Input, update, and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner. Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes as necessary, meeting deadlines of Payroll teams as required.
3. Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population. Maintain, manage, and regularly audit all tasks related to payroll and external vendors.
4. Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
5. Take ownership to communicate effectively with a high degree of customer focus both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone, and chat/instant messaging.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Human resources or customer service experience
* Microsoft Office products and applications experience
* High school diploma
* Highly proficient in spoken and written German (C1) and very good command of English (B2)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Knowledge of HR processes and systems
* Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
* Case management experience
* Fluency in another EU language
* Ability to work in a changing environment
* Ability to handle various responsibilities
