Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to spearhead our business development efforts in the North Midlands region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in driving sales growth, building relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead regional sales efforts, developing and executing targeted strategies to drive growth and expansion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Fluid Power industry
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and development, with a focus on hunting sales
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Compensation Package
* Competitive Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience
* Performance-based Bonus: up to 15% of basic salary
