Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive pay that increases as you progress, with starting salaries from £26,520 per year. You'll also receive a permanent contract, 30-35 days holiday, and various employee benefits.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing store operations, leading teams, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our experienced store managers and area managers to develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage store operations, including stock management, customer service, and team leadership
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance
* Mentor and support team members to achieve their goals and develop their skills
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve store efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To have been living in the UK for at least 3 years prior to the commencement of the apprenticeship
* To live (or relocate) within a one-hour commute of the store you plan to work in
* Good time-management skills, as you'll need to balance your study, assignments, and work in store
* Initiative and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging work environment, while balancing a challenging apprenticeship
