The Role
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team and drive the delivery of custom-built equipment projects. What You'll Be Doing:

2. Leading Bespoke Projects: Manage the design, development, and delivery of custom capital equipment tailored to meet client specifications and industry standards.

4. Ensuring Commercial Success: Align engineering decisions with commercial objectives, considering cost-effectiveness, market needs, and profitability.
5. Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and sales teams to align engineering efforts with broader business goals.
6. Enhancing Processes: Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Providing Expertise: Resolve technical challenges and offer guidance to team members and stakeholders.
8. Ensuring Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
9. Managing Budgets and Resources: Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.
