To undertake direct patient care which includes, but is not restricted to, The undertaking of clinical observations eg Blood Pressure, Pulse, Respirations The recording of the observations on a National Early Warning Score chart Urine Testing Blood Sugar monitoring Taking of swabs and specimens Policy and service developments: Participate in personal and performance reviews to identify training needs and personal development. Demonstrate on-going continuing professional development. Attend statutory, mandatory, in-service training and any other training programmes identified as part of your personal development. Maintain professional behaviour and attitude at all times, and demonstrate excellent customer care skills in line with the CSH Values Adhere to and be familiar with CSH policies e.g. Uniform, Zero Tolerance etc. To be aware of, and demonstrate adherence to, CSH policy on infection control and waste disposal. To adhere to the principles of universal precautions in all aspects of patient care. Complete required CSH competencies, as applicable to role.
