Our integrated real estate team manages a wide range of transactions in all commercial property asset classes. We have planning, construction and property litigation specialists within our team and draw on local and international colleagues' tax, finance, funds and corporate transactional expertise to deliver a full service in all areas of the market.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to join as a Supervising Associate in our growing Bristol office. The successful candidate will be 3-6 PQE and have experience in Real Estate Finance and Renewals.
A variety of commercial real estate work is on offer, advising on all aspects of commercial property law, leases and landlord and tenant matters. There will also be exposure to property finance, insolvency/recovery, corporate occupier work, PFI/PPP projects, mortgage securitisations and more.
Person Specification
* 3-6 PQE with commercial real estate experience gained at a leading international, national or regional practice.
* Experience of acting for institutional investors, property funds or other financial institutions across a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant and development transactions.
* Experience of acting for renewable and clean energy developers or fund in the development, acquisition and ongoing asset management of renewables projects.
* Ability to develop and maintain existing client relationships.
* Ability and willingness to get involved in marketing, client pitches, etc.
* Excellent drafting, negotiating and problem solving skills.
* Must have a "can-do" attitude and be a team player.
* Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
