Job Description
* Oversee all accounting operations
* Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
* Business partner with key project managers and stakeholders across the UK
* Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
* Support month-end and year-end close process
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
* Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
* Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
* Additional duties as necessary
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
* An academic background in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CIMA part qualified or QBE)
* Proven working experience in a similar role as a Finance Manager
* Importantly year end financial accounting and finance business partnering experience
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
* Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* 6 month fixed term contract

* Doncaster based with only 2 or 3 days a week required in the office
