Responsibilities:
1. Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
2. Gaining client and candidate attraction.
3. Business development meetings.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
5. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
6. Communicate with candidates regularly face to face, via phone, or email.
Experience:
1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred.
2. Previous experience in sales, business development.
